April-August 1999 : I have given consultancy and R&D support on e-trade , e-marketing and international relations to import/export and trade firms working in textile food mining and agricultural machines sectors Genesis , Reyyan Tekstil , Yamanlar Kuruyemiş , Koc Kablo in Istanbul . March 1999 : I worked with İNKA Educational Consultancy on family business consulting and also contributed a school management consultancy and school restructuring project April-July 1999 : I have worked for an engineer ( Hüseyin Şepik) as a patent drafting and international relations consultant August-October 2000 : I have worked as R&D Manager in Kultur Schools General Management office in Istanbul. I was supporting General manager and Board of Members of 4 schools by writing special assessment and evaluation reports regarding top level management and developing projects.I have also worked as the key person for developing annual professional development programmes for teachers and managers of the schools . March 2000 : I have developed a seminar on Learning Revolution focusing on Learning Management Systems , elearning and intellectual capital for İDEM Management Consultancy March-May 2000 : I have supported İstanbul 21.Yüzyıl High School management on school development plan. May 2000 : I have developed a special family education consulting programme for the children of Günkar ve Dizayn Group of companies June 2000 : I have developed an educational programme for School Family Partnership development July 2001 : I have created a new educational business model based on information age tools in contrast to educational models based on industrial age needs.The aim of this project was to create a competitive environment for producing quality learning services by competing learning providers and serving differentiated individual needs by using an information system August 2001 : I have developed Ali Baba Learning Farm project which contains alternative learning and afterschool extracurricular activities, educational travel and tourism activities and summer schools. September 2001 : I have created a school check-up survey for analysing the management systems of the educational institutions with Tangram Management Consulting. I have collaborated with this company on developing this tool and we have visited several educational institutions for marketing I have constructed a blended e-learning model and learning centers especially for the post secondary educational needs and certification.I have worked for developing the structure for a consortium elearning project with the famous elearning service provider Jones Knowledge Group from USA, Dogan Media Group and Tangram Management Consultancy from Turkey. October 2001 : I have developed a national teacher professional development program proposal for educators to be granted . This project contained four components a television program, an internet portal, a publishing center and an organization activity center by the demand coming from Ali Midillili from Planet Ernst Young November 2001 : I have developed seminars on “coaching for the development of individuals” .I have collaborated with OGEM Consulting company for the promotion of this projcet.I have explored that this new and powerful technique “art of questioning” was unknown by families , educators and managers in Turkey November –December 2001 : I created a new web portal project for jobless people design based on a creative entertaining game and a collaborative competition and for those who want to own their small businesses with a few volunteers from White Point Foundation March- May 2002 : I supported www.bitek-o.org the first National Information Technology competition for secondary schools in Istanbul as a member of the evaluation committee March 2002 : I have developed a project for exploring talented children all around the country by organising a festival and finding supporters for their development.The need for this project came from Zeka Vakfı ( Turkish Intelligence Foundation) that special education for highly gifted children can not be done due to lack of supporting educational resources January –October 2003 : I have developed a community initiative and a model of activities with Serdar Erkoca and a few friends to contribute the creativity of individuals, to help them produce more creative products, services and behaviours and to develop creativity and critical thinking in Turkey till 2040 January-April 2004 : I have organised with my student Bayram Tekin in ODTU a series of public conversations on Universe and Physics that no formulas are used March 2004 : I have developed online career test based on Holland model. August 2004 : I have designed a hands-on and entertaining workshop for developing creativity September 2004 : I have developed a career institute design and a game based interactive seminar program for career counselling. October 2004 : I have designed an educational management consultancy company business plan containing creative educational and project based services for institutions with Melih Aral from GW2EU and Miraç Özar from British Council October- November 2004 : I have supported an investor on develoing a consulting company concentrated on EU projects. March 2005: I have supported Tohum Otizm Foundation for developing a EU project proposal on Human Rights and Democratization. September 2005-June 2006: I have supported Sihirli Bahce Kindergarten School by developing science acitivites for their curriculum |
