These are international development projects that consulting companies offer positions to me from 2002 to now.

You can observe that number of offers increase by years. 1 for 2002,  3 for 2004,  5 for 2005, 7 for 2006, 49 for 2007 and 23 for 2008 (7 months)

For the last 2 years approximately once a week I get an offer from international consulting companies.

If a project name is repeated but  from different companies that means these companies are consortium representatives competing to be awarded.

Normally for each bid about 4 to 10 consortiums compete.  Consortiums are composed of  1 to 20 companies.
