I am following a TV program project now. ( this was written in 2004 , TV program started in 2007) If the TV project will be successful I hope to gather with volunteers and maybe start  more regional even national applications fro the following years. After founding an NGO I want to start fundraising activities from national and international funds more effectively. I also want develop and enrich  the content of the project and may be widen the subject area in other learning need of children critical for Turkey’s development.

The main changes in the social system is in the changes in peoples’ thoughts, attitudes and social trends  For this reason I want to develop my project  applications with effective media communication  , TV shows and sponsor supported public activities competitions travels trainings workshops in the field. I hope create a small industry after a while around cdroms ,  symbolic  dresses and other signs for the movement and I hope children will want more from the project when they really get benefited from the experiences and this will force us and the society to create more activities and methods to make them learn more and be happy.

After some several may be 10 -15 years when these children benefited from the project will enter the job market and industry. We will try to record their development in years by creating social networks and by organizing further training and exploration programs. These children will produce more creative services and products and some of them find inventions be very rich. This will increase the competitive economic power of the country.

I will concentrate to continue  on regional pilot applications and after a while I will be nationally known by media and TV. When I collect sufficient economic and human resources from supporter I will go into national projects. I think that if we will be successful in Turkey other countries will invite us and we will transfer our findings to them.Actually I have got an invitation from Rufus Wesi, PhD Manager of Science, Maths & Technology Boitjhorisong Resource Centre from South Africa and the activity in Lykia World in July 2004 was actually and international children festival.

I have seen that the more effective and professional NGO organization should start after finding sufficient budget and resources from sponsors. So in the first year I think the organization founding might delay and I can use partner organizations and their human resources and volunteers in this period After a temporary development phase and social credibility and impact has obtained I hope to find sufficient financial support to continue to create a professional cadre and then collect volunteers for the new organization. I want to be founder , organisor, trainer and worker at the beginning years and then I  want to be managing and leading positions in the board of members.

I am currently working free and home-office and can concentrate more on the project . But as you see from the historical development of the project it continued to grow when I was working in full-time consulting jobs.  I hope in the future if I find sufficient economic resources for myself so  I will prefer to be free and dedicated  to project but if could not find sufficient financial resources I will try to develop it while working in another job.

Finding sponsors and and persuade them, finding volunteers and motivating them, finding social support and convincing the public for the future expectations will be very hard for me . I can just dedicate my life with all of my powers and I am doing that for years , I think if the Turkey society really needs this project we will overcome all of these difficulties together and if the time in social cultural developmental evolution is a suitable time project’s chance to succeed is high.
