I think that my  life mission  is to promote science to society and especially to children since my first preference in the university exams was physics teaching although I could prefer other economically attractive professions. As you can see from my career story in the first 9 years of teaching years I have worked with lots of selected students and now they are in very good places http://www.yalcineli.com/students.htm We communicate with them and as much as I have helped them success they have contributed to my career development. You can find their impressions about me at http://www.yalcineli.com/mystudents.htm By this consideration my colleagues Oleg Kabardin , his wife Svetlana and his assistant Dr Resit Nadirzade and Rafet Kamer ,  Prof Dr. Ordal Demokan and Prof Dr. Sinan Bilikmen from Tubitak contributed my career development.

For the last 7 years I have worked mostly in educational managemet, educational technology and project management positions. So all of my colleagues contributed my development and produce this project indirectly.In the first months after the project cam into life Zorlu Group were interested in a campaign to apply the project in 35 cities so that we can reach 55.000 students in 18 months . Prof Dr. Ziya Selçuk now who was the Director of Curriculum &Instruction , Ministry of Education has contributed to the planning of the campaign proposal.

In the following stages Kenan Okan www.kenanokan.com  who had presented TV programs on science experiments on TRT in 1980 s for 26 weeks contributed my development with his experiences, energy, motivation and inspiration . My concentration on magic concept like Harry Potter magic school started after a conversation with Serdar Erkoca from Bupat and Tacettin Can from Mobilsoft when we were discussing to create a VCD set for children and  talking on how to market this product so that children can be interested.

In the pilot applications period people who believe the future of the project and  contributed by helping for the permissions and preparations for the applications are  Arzu Gunes from TED Ankara College Kindergarten, Directors and some 50 parents from Mesa and Kavaklıdere primary schools, Esra Yazıcı, Erkut Ergenç, from TDP Bilkent Social  Sensitivity projects for the 23 April Polatli Karahamza Village appliacation, Tulin İpek Sahbaz from Capital Country Club,  Oznur Tekiner from Masera Shopping Centre , animation chef Fatik from Lykia World Hotel Oludeniz Fethiye Mugla.   I  just want to add a few sentences from  Ebru Gökdag from Anadolu  university on January 2004 to give you an idea.

“Melih bey , hi, I celebrate you since you have developed such an important project .You are trying to make it real so unincredibly hard but not impossible project. The difficulty does not come from the content,  I think,  problem comes from the scarcity of understanding in financial powers that could support this idealist and far seeing project  in Turkey. There is a saying "great spirits(minds) always encounter violent oppositions from mediocer minds” I hope  your project will be understood in this country and be supported.
